The Spencer Fellowship for Education Journalism, headquartered at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, is dedicated to supporting long-form journalism that deepens and enhances the public’s understanding of the American education system. Three fellows spend the academic year at Columbia University studying with scholars in disciplines that enrich their project, and with mentors in the Journalism School.
